Website Optimization
When we started working with SliimeyHoney, the brand was generating sales almost entirely through organic content.
The brand had strong engagement on social platforms, but revenue growth was inconsistent and unpredictable because organic distribution depends heavily on virality.
At the time:
Monthly revenue was $9,667
The brand had never run paid ads
Sales relied almost entirely on organic content
The website used a basic Shopify theme
Without paid acquisition, the brand had no reliable way to forecast growth or scale revenue.

Demand for the product already existed, but several critical elements were missing.
The key challenges were:
No paid advertising infrastructure
No proven Meta Ads strategy
A low website conversion rate (~1%)
No structured offer strategy
No scalable campaign structure
Our goal was to turn an organic-first brand into a predictable paid acquisition machine capable of scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.
Before scaling paid traffic, we focused on strengthening the brand’s foundation.
We redesigned the entire brand and website, including:
New brand palette and visual identity
Updated fonts and tone of voice
A fully redesigned Shopify website
The original website was not optimized for conversions. After the redesign, conversion rate increased significantly—from around 1% to approximately 5%.
This improvement dramatically increased the effectiveness of paid traffic.
Next, we tested different promotional structures to increase both conversion rate and average order value.
We tested offers such as:
Buy 3 Get 1 Free
Buy 4 Get 1 Free
Free shipping thresholds
Product bundle offers
These tests helped identify offers that maximized profitability while increasing purchase intent.
Once the website foundation was ready, we launched Meta Ads and began testing multiple creatives.
During the early phase we focused on:
Testing multiple creative formats
Identifying strong hooks and messaging
Understanding which content resonated with slime buyers
Initial campaigns generated ROAS around 2.7, which gave us the data needed to refine the strategy.
The biggest performance improvement came from implementing a structured campaign architecture.
We used two core campaign types:
Creative Testing Campaign
Used to continuously test new creatives and identify winning ads.
Bid Cap Scaling Campaign
Once we identified strong-performing creatives, we launched a bid cap campaign to scale spend while controlling acquisition costs.
This structure allowed us to scale aggressively while maintaining strong efficiency.
As performance improved, we increased advertising spend significantly.
At peak scale:
Daily ad spend reached ~$2,000/day
Campaigns maintained strong profitability
Paid traffic became the primary growth driver for the brand.

By December 2025, the strategy produced significant growth.
July 2025: $9,667
December 2025: $150,433
This represents over 1,500% revenue growth in just a few months.
Total Ad Spend: $34,793
Total Revenue: $150,484
Blended ROAS: 4.37x
Meta Ads
Spend: $30,572
Revenue: $104,558
ROAS: 3.42
Google Ads
Spend: $4,220
Revenue: $33,494
ROAS: 7.94
This case study shows how an organic-first brand can unlock significant growth once a structured paid acquisition system is implemented.
Key lessons from this project:
Website conversion optimization dramatically improves paid traffic performance
Structured creative testing allows consistent scaling
Campaign architecture plays a critical role in maintaining ROAS at higher spend levels
Paid advertising can transform an organic brand into a predictable growth engine
By combining conversion optimization, creative testing, and scalable paid advertising, we helped SliimeyHoney grow from under $10K/month to over $150K/month in revenue in just a few months.
